Service Scope

Everup provides workflow, task, and content publishing tools for business users and teams. The service may include integrations with third-party services such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and related provider platforms.

By using Everup, you agree that the platform may execute configured workflows, upload content, and store the operational data required to run those workflows on your behalf.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed under your account or your organization's workspace.

If you connect a social media account, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize Everup to access and use that account for the publishing actions you configure.

Third-Party Platform Use

Everup relies on third-party APIs and services, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your use of those integrations must also comply with the terms, policies, community rules, and API requirements of the relevant provider.

Everup is not responsible for provider-side suspensions, API limitations, rejected uploads, account restrictions, policy enforcement decisions, or service interruptions imposed by those providers.

Content and Publishing

You remain responsible for all media, captions, metadata, and other content submitted through Everup. You must ensure that your content is lawful, accurate, properly licensed, and permitted for publication.

You may not use Everup to publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, breaches platform rules, or is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive.

Availability and Changes

Everup may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features may change when integrations, APIs, security requirements, or provider policies change.

While Everup aims to operate reliably, the service is provided on an as-available basis and may occasionally be affected by outages, delays, configuration errors, or external platform failures.

Security and Suspension

Everup may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, respond to abuse, investigate security issues, or comply with law or third-party requirements.

We may also remove or block workflows, tokens, or integrations that present operational, legal, or security risk.
