Everup Legal
Gizlilik Politikası
This policy describes how Everup processes account, workflow, and connected platform data for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram integrations.
What Everup Does
Everup is a workflow and publishing platform. It lets organizations create workflows, connect social media accounts, and publish approved content to channels such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
This page explains what information Everup processes when you use the platform and when you connect external social media accounts through OAuth authorization.
Information We Collect
We may process account information such as your name, email address, company membership, role, and login session details needed to authenticate you and protect access to your workspace.
When you connect YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram, Everup may process OAuth tokens, token expiry data, channel or account identifiers, and limited profile details returned by the provider so that connected publishing workflows can operate.
We may also process workflow configuration data, uploaded media references, publishing status data, error logs, and audit events generated while the service is used.
How We Use Connected Platform Data
YouTube data is used to authorize uploads, refresh access where supported, publish videos you instruct Everup to publish, and monitor upload status for connected workflows.
TikTok data is used to authorize publishing, prepare and submit video publish requests, and track publish status for workflows configured by your organization.
Instagram data is used to authorize publishing, create and publish media containers, and identify the connected Instagram business account needed for workflow execution.
Everup uses this data only to provide user-requested workflow and publishing features, to maintain security, and to debug operational issues.
How We Store and Protect Data
Everup stores operational account connection data and workflow-related records on secured infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized application processes and authorized users within the relevant workspace.
OAuth credentials are intended to be handled server-side and used only for connection management and workflow execution. We also keep technical logs and audit records to diagnose failures, trace system activity, and improve reliability.
Data Sharing
Everup does not sell connected account data. We may share data only with service providers and infrastructure partners that are necessary to operate the platform, or when disclosure is legally required.
Content and account data may also be transmitted to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or Google when you intentionally connect those services and request a publishing action.
Your Choices
You can stop using Everup at any time, disconnect connected platform accounts where supported, or request deletion of account-related data that Everup controls, subject to legal and operational retention needs.
If your organization manages your workspace, some data may remain under the control of that organization as part of its workflow history, audit requirements, or operational records.
